Nicholas Glover qualified at the University College of London Medical School in 1994. Whilst studying medicine he obtained his Bachelor of Science from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
Mr Glover gained his Fellowship of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists (London) in 2007 after completing his higher surgical training at the Oxford Eye Hospital. During this time he undertook fellowships in Vitreoretinal surgery and Medical Retina. He completed his surgical training in South Africa where he gained expertise in the treatment of ocular trauma and complex cataract surgery.
Mr Glover is a Consultant Ophthalmologist at The Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and is an Honorary Consultant at the Birmingham and Midland Eye Hospital.
