Championing the benefits of surgery under local anaesthetic

We are pleased that the national press are championing the benefits of having surgery under local anaesthetic: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-8979415/Would-surgeons-knife-WIDE-AWAKE-cut-waiting-time-operation.html
We are proud that, for the last 12 years, we have carried out all of our private and NHS procedures under local anaesthetic (with and without sedation).
There is no general anaesthetic and our patients go home a few hours after their procedure to recover in the comfort of their own home. Patients also avoid the side effects associated with having a general anaesthetic.
Our procedures range from hernia repairs, cataract surgery, hand and foot operations to breast augmentations, facelifts and tummy tucks.
Patients can self refer for private procedures or ask their GP or optician to make a referral to us for an NHS procedure.
