When are we reopening?

When are we reopening?

We know a lot of you are keen to know when our private clinics will be back up and running again so we just wanted to give you a little update about the current situation here at The Centre as well as our future plans.

Unfortunately, we can’t give a definitive date as to when our private clinics will be back up and running as for the moment, we are still very much dedicated to supporting the NHS. We are working very closely with NHS England and our local Trusts so we will let you know as soon as we have any further information on when we are likely to fully reopen. We are all hoping that it will be soon!

In the meantime, our teams have been working very hard to ensure that when we do reopen, the necessary precautions and procedures are in place to maintain the safety of both you and our staff. This means that The Centre may look and feel a little bit different to normal, but you can be assured that you will still receive the same high standard of care and attention that you are accustomed to.

If you are not ready to book a consultation just yet but would like further information about any of our procedures, please get in touch with our patient enquiry team via enquiries@westbournecentre.com and they will be happy to help.

We have also added some frequently asked questions below which may answer some of the other questions that you may have.

We look forward to welcoming you back to The Centre soon.

Frequently Asked Questions:

When can I book my consultation?
At the moment, given the current Covid19 pandemic, The Westbourne Centre has suspended all private clinics and procedures for the foreseeable future to dedicate its resources to the NHS. We have a list of patients awaiting consultations and we will notify these patients as soon as we have any further information. If you would like to be added to this list, please email our team on enquiries@westbournecentre.com.

Do you offer virtual consultations?
We are not offering virtual consultations at the moment, however it is something that we are looking into. We will let you know as and when we have any further information.

My consultation was cancelled when the lockdown measures were put in place. When will I be able to rebook it?
As soon as we have a date as to when our clinics will be back up and running, we will then contact all those patients who had consultations cancelled to get them booked back in.

Are consultation fees likely to change once The Centre is back up and running?
At present our fees remain the same and we will honour any fees for consultations that have had to be postponed.

I’ve already had my consultation, when can my procedure take place?
Unfortunately, at the moment we have no time scales on operating dates. Again we have a list of patients awaiting their procedures and we will be in contact with them as soon as we know when we will be back up and running.

What should I do if I have an issue post-surgery? (Surgery took place prior to lockdown)
Our clinical team are still on hand in The Centre to answer any questions, or to provide post-surgery advice to patients. If you are experiencing any concerns, please call The Centre on 0121 456 0880 to speak to one of our nurses.
