Just to reassure you, we will not share your details with anyone outside of The Westbourne Centre.

The surgical excision of tattoos involves cutting out the entire tattoo under local anaesthetisa and is a safe, effective, affordable and straightforward solution to unwanted tattoos.

The excision of tattoos at The Westbourne Centre is done in a single surgical session whereby the tattooed skin is removed and the skin stitched back together.  Depending upon the size of the tattoo, a small skin graft may also be an option.

The results are immediate, leaving a linea scar in place of the old tattoo. The scarring usually fades after about 6-8 months.

There are limitations as to what can be achieved surgically and this will depend predominantly on the size and location of the tattoo, as well as skin laxity. A consultation will determine whether you are a suitable candidate for surgical treatment.
