He is a great believer in patient satisfaction as 'the proof' of the clinical outcome. Mr Srinivas had specialist fellowship training in U.K at the world renowned Pulvertraft hand centre at Derby. He had additional international fellowships in Ireland and the U.S.A (at Columbia University and Harvard Medical University (Massachusetts General Hospital) in Boston). Mr Srinivas has developed innovative patient pathways in the hand and upper limb surgery such as a one stop carpal tunnel clinic and a one stop shoulder clinic which have been recognised within local NHS Trust's excellence awards.
