Mr Tim Martin is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with an NHS Practice at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham specialising in Head and Neck cancer and facial reconstruction.
Tim qualified in Dentistry in 1988 and worked in a hospital prior to qualifying in Medicine in 1996. While at Medical School Tim completed a Masters degree in Immunology. Tim completed his training programme in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2004 and was appointed as a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon / Head and Neck surgeon at University Hospital Birmingham.
Tim has a particular interest in microvascular surgery. Tim has published widely and has appeared in Channel 5’s “Making Faces” and BBC’s “Surgeons at the Edge of Life” television series.
